Refund policy

 

 In case, you find your order irrelevant or broken or damaged, then only your order will be exchanged.

 

For Return Request, you can 

You have to mention the reason for your return and provide us with the order number and product code of the received item. 

You have to mention the reason for returning it (Either broken or Damaged), Then we will provide you with the same new product to you.

 In case that product is out of stock then we’ll provide you with a coupon code of the same amount as the product that was supposed to be exchanged.

You can use the Coupon Code in the coming 15 days. The coupon will not be valid after 15 days as it will expire. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

You can contact us in case your item is irrelevant or damaged Immidate after receiving your product. After a Time of hours, your item request for exchange and return will not be accepted.

 In case if you are receiving your product with tampered or broken packing, you have to send us a picture of that and you don’t have to open the same product.

 In the case of Exchange, if you are not giving back the damaged item to the delivery man on time or not responding to the calls, or not coming to return your order, then you have to bear return delivery charges for the second attempt. 

After receiving your Return Request, our Deliveryman will come to you in 24-48 Hours. You will receive the Coupon Code in 24-48 hours after us analyse the problem or check the product condition. 

 

Important: You have to make a video while opening the product as proof of receiving a broken item or damage product.
