Delivery Timing

For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 6 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.

Extra charges (Rs-300) of Delivery will be applied between 9 pm to 10 am.

Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc.

Rules for Delivery

Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if the recipient is not available. If the recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.

We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

Wrong shipping/delivery address.
Recipient not available.
Premises locked.
Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

Dealing with Fraudulent Customers

If we find out any fraudulent behaviour from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.

Rules for unfounded recipient

In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.

We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy / Reschedule Policy

If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours before delivery, 75% refund will be given.
When a cancellation occurs between 48 and 24 hours before delivery, a 30 % refund will be given.
In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before delivery, there will be no refund.
In the event of a Rain/Hailstorm or any other act of God, rescheduling will be the only option and no refunds will be given.
It is not possible to cancel bookings for Festivals (Rakshabandhan, Janmashtami, Halloween, Diwali, Christmas, Lohri, Holi, Eid ) and Special Days (Teacher's Day, Father's Day, Friendship Day, New Year, Republic Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Brother's Day, Valentine's Days (12 to 14th February),
All refunds shall be made within the period of 7-10 working days.

If any Product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with next best available flavour, colour, shape, & size.

A person can enjoy the actual taste of cake only when it's fresh, this is why all the cakes we deliver are prepared only sometime before it reaches the recipient. To achieve the same, we offer customers to choose delivery time as well so that we know when we need to prepare a cake and get it delivered. We ensure that customer always enjoys the freshest possible cake. We do not believe in delivering stale cakes.

Q. What if the recipient is not available when a delivery person reaches there? Will you re-attempt delivery?

We do not attempt to deliver again, but we would call recipient and sender to know if we can deliver their order to any neighbour or near by place. Unable to do so will lead to the cancellation of order and no refund will be made in case of perishable products like cakes and chocolates.

Q. Are there any hidden charges (Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on tricity24?There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Tricity24. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see is exactly what you need to pay.

Q. If I wish to get a cake delivery today, latest by what time should I place the order?

We can deliver the cakes to you within 2 Hrs of receiving the order if the order is placed before 6 pm. However, if done after 6 pm, then the order might be delivered the next day.

Q. Do you take same day orders as well?

Yes, we do take same day orders till 6 pm (mon-sun). It is always advisable to place same-day order well on time to avoid any delivery problems.
